The forms provide all the show details including Eligibility, Categories, Judging, Awards, Proceeds, Deadlines, and other information. Participants can email the initial copy of their entry forms to artfulmissions@gmail.com any time before September 15, 2010. A signed hard copy should be included with the shipment of your artwork.
