The Emerging Artist Charity Art Show 2012 Entry Form includes all details regarding Eligibility, Judging, Awards, Proceeds, Deadlines, and other information. Participants can email their entry forms and digital photos of each artwork submission directly to artfulmissions@gmail.com before the submission deadline on April 6, 2012. A signed hard copy of the entry form should be included with the delivery of your artwork, to be received by April 24, 2012.
